As you may know my son, Joshua, passed away July 7th 2016. He had just graduated high school and was bound to enter Florida Polytechnic University in the fall. His love for computers and video games was leading him to major in Computer Science with a minor in Cyber Gaming. Due to his untimely passing we are establishing a memorial scholarship in his name so that other students can experience the joys of college he never got to. Each high school senior in Leon County wishing to enter the ever expanding computer technology field will be eligible to apply for this scholarship to FL Polytech’s College of Innovation & Technology.

In light of this endeavor we started the Capital City Classic Softball Tournament which is to be held this year on April 4th.

This is the 4th annual softball tournament helping to raise money for the Joshua Crowder Memorial Scholarship fund. The scholarship fund helps local students attend college at FL Polytech to study Computer Science related fields.

•$230 PER 10 MAN TEAM
